At HalfTime Showdown™, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility For Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in acceptable condition
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
- Be returned in its original packaging when possible

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at halftimeshowdown@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or heavily used personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
HalfTime Showdown™ reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size, or replacement, we recommend requesting a return for the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in acceptable condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
